I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience in managing mental health challenges across the lifespan. My practice involves working with adolescents, adults, and seniors to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.

Your First Session: What to Expect
To ensure a productive first visit, please complete your intake form in advance.
Assessment: Our first visit consists of a full mental health assessment and evaluation. We will discuss your medical and mental health history in detail.
Diagnosis: Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis is critical. This process may require multiple appointments.
Medication Policy: Controlled medications may be available on a limited basis and are rarely prescribed during the first session.
Documentation: All paperwork (such as FMLA) will only be considered after several sessions of treatment and as clinically indicated.
Next Steps: Once the evaluation is complete, we will discuss a treatment plan specific to your needs to help you on the road to recovery.
